Freight-to-Fulfilment Warehousing
ANP coordinates destination receiving, storage, inventory workflows, parcel fulfilment, and B2B outbound across compatible warehouse nodes in four active countries.
Warehouse operations
ANP designs the operating workflow around your SKU profile, order types, storage needs, and destination coverage. Compatible nodes can support parcel-style B2C fulfilment alongside pallet or case-level B2B distribution.
The service plan defines receiving, stock control, order release, value-added work, dispatch, and reporting. Large-product capability is available at selected Australia and New Zealand nodes and is confirmed during solution design.
Operating workflow

Unload, count, inspect to the agreed scope, and record inventory in the applicable workflow.
Hold stock in a suitable location while monitoring movements, availability, and replenishment needs.
Release B2C or B2B orders using the packaging, labelling, and dispatch process defined for the channel.
Review stock health, order activity, inbound exceptions, and recurring operating opportunities.
